What can I expect?

Seeking therapy usually comes at a difficult time involving significant life stressors.

Our goal and intention is to offer a safe, warm, collaborative and supportive environment in which to help you better understand your circumstances, identify individual needs and ways to feel better, and improve your ability to cope more skillfully with your unique experiences.

How does it work?

After an initial assessment and mutual agreement to move forward, therapy typically consists of weekly 50-minute sessions.

The frequency and duration of therapy is highly dependent on each client's circumstances, needs and goals, and involves a combination of personal exploration, reflection, behavior change, and skill-building.
